On Saturday, sunshine will predominate in the south, whilst thicker clouds will appear in the north-western parts of the region as the day progresses. On Sunday, it will be mainly sunny with a few harmless clouds. It will remain too warm for the time of year.

High air pressure will continue to dominate the weather in the Alpine region. However, the lower layers of the atmosphere remain quite humid.
At medium altitudes, low stratus clouds may restrict visibility at the start of the day. Otherwise, the sun will shine all day and it will remain exceptionally mild.
